Social Planning
The Social Planning Unit assists human service organizations supporting and enhancing the lives of individuals, families and the community. The Social Planning Unit provides appropriate leadership and resources to human service agencies, including information, knowledge and support. In addition, the Social Planning Unit administers the Family & Community Support Services Grant, transit services, support for youth and volunteerism.
